Delivery Apps

Manage the third-party delivery applications used on sales orders — Snoonu, Talabat, Rafiq, Keeta or your own — with their code, payment method, commission, payment fees, sort order and status.

Delivery Apps lists the delivery platforms your orders can be fulfilled through. Attaching an app to a sales order (or importing its order history) records which platform delivered, which payment method the money arrives with and the commission and payment fees the platform keeps — so your margin per channel is visible.

New delivery app creates an additional platform.

Configure an app

1

Edit the app

Edit → set the Name, Code, the Payment method (create one in Payment Types if needed, for example Snoonu settlement as a bank transfer type), the Commission % and the Sort order.

2

Payment fees

Payment fees opens the fee grid of the app: per payment method, the fixed and/or percentage fee charged by the platform (for example a card fee on prepaid orders).

3

Activate

Switch the status to Active. The app now appears in the order's delivery-app selector (Manage apps) and in the Snoonu import drawer.

Logic and rules

  • On a sales order, choosing a delivery app (None / in-house by default) stores the channel; commission and fees are computed on the order total and shown in the order's payment section and in reports.
  • The Snoonu import applies the selected app to every imported order.
  • Inactive apps keep their history; orders already linked to them are unchanged.
