Kicking Start with RedERP
From sign-up to your first sale in about 5 minutes: coffee shop, restaurant, or a small retail shop with procurement and invoicing.
The 5-minute promise
RedERP is built so that a small business owner can sell the first coffee within five minutes of signing up — with no help desk, no settings screens and no e-mail round trips.
| Step | What you do | Time |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Sign up with your e-mail (or mobile) and a 6-digit code | ~45 s |
| 2 | Set up your business: type, shop name, country, how you serve, register PIN | ~1 min |
| 3 | Your menu: keep, edit or remove the starter items — one Save | ~1.5 min |
| 4 | Open the register with your PIN and the cash float | ~20 s |
| 5 | First sale: tap items, cash or card, change, receipt | ~1 min |
| 6 | You're live: next steps, QR sheet, staff PINs, plan reminder | — |
Everything after step 6 (inventory, expenses, invoices, accounting, second branch) is optional and can be enabled later from the same account.
Trial:
Cafés, restaurants and shops get a 14-day free trial, no card needed. The trial covers a full trading week plus a day-end close (Z report). Choose a plan any time from Settings → Subscription.
Choose how you serve
The setup step asks one business question — How do you serve? — and tailors the workspace, the register and the dashboard to your answer. You can switch later in Settings → Company → How you serve without losing anything.
| Mode | Best for | What RedERP sets up |
