Server Status

Live availability of the RedERP application, API, website and user guide, checked in real time from rederp.ai, plus what to do when something is down.

The panel below checks the public RedERP services in real time: each row is probed directly (the application at rederp.ai, its API health endpoint, the website and this guide) and the result is refreshed automatically every minute. Use the Refresh button to run the checks again immediately.

OperationalThe service answered successfully within a normal response time.
DegradedThe service answered, but slowly (more than 4 seconds). Pages may load slower than usual.

The response time shown is measured from the server hosting this guide to each service; it is an indication, not a measurement of your own connection.

Service commitment

RedERP maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA. The infrastructure runs on redundant systems with automatic failover and 24/7 monitoring; planned maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours and announced in advance. Details are on the Data Hosting Information page.

If something is down

1

Confirm it is not local

Try the affected address in a private browser window and, if possible, from another network (for example mobile data). A Down state on this page means the problem is on the RedERP side; if this page shows Operational, check your own connection, VPN or proxy first.

2

Check for planned maintenance

Planned maintenance takes place during off-peak hours and is announced in advance to account owners. Services return automatically when the window ends.

Contact support

Write to contact@rederp.org or use the Contact us form, mentioning your company name, the time of the incident and the address that failed. Customers with the Priority Customer Support module can also open a priority ticket from inside the application.
