Controls

| Reset | Clears the current conversation and starts fresh. |
| Confirm | Confirmation policy for actions that write data: Always (ask before creating any document), Deletes (create instantly, confirm only destructive actions — the default) or Off. Click to cycle. |
| Interrupt | On: speak at any time to interrupt the reply. Off: wait until the agent has finished talking. |
| Ready | Shows whether voice and video are connected. |
Talking to the agents
- Voice — tap the microphone (Tap to start a conversation) and speak. Tap again to stop.
- Text — type in Ask Red anything, in any language… and press Enter. English, French and Arabic all work; the agents answer in your language.
- Attach photos (paper-clip) — add cover images when you create tours, cities or excursions.
- Scan a document (document icon) — upload a supplier invoice; OCR reads it so you review the capture instead of typing it.

Agents are only as good as the system they run on. RedERP already unifies Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, HR, CRM, Manufacturing and daily operations, so an agent that creates an invoice is working on the same data your team sees.
AI tokens
Every request to Miss Red and the agents consumes AI tokens from your plan's quota — 1,000 on Essential, 5,000 on Professional, 20,000 on Enterprise. The meter in the top bar shows used / quota; the same figure appears under Usage & Limits in Subscription Management. Upgrade your plan to raise the quota — see Subscription Overview.
Permissions:
The Ask Miss Red button appears only for roles allowed to use the assistant. Administrators grant it under Groups & Roles Management.

What does Agentic ERP mean? A team of agents that take multi-step actions in RedERP — find or create a client, draft an invoice, check stock — instead of only summarising a dashboard. Miss Red orchestrates. You stay in control.
Who is Miss Red? Miss Red is the Orchestrator. She interprets the request and assigns the specialist so the work happens in the right module.
