RedERP pricing is deliberately simple: every plan includes the full ERP platform, users are unlimited, there are no contracts, and you can start with a 7-day free trial with full access to all modules. The three plans differ in the module bundle, storage, AI tokens and support level.

Free trial and cancellation
- Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all modules — no credit card needed to sign up.
- RedERP is contract-free: cancel anytime from Subscription Management.
- Your data is encrypted and hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Setup guidance and support are available by chat and email; Professional and Enterprise get priority channels.
Managing your subscription in RedERP
Open Profile menu → Subscription (your current plan is shown as a badge), or click Complete subscription on the dashboard banner. You land on Subscription Management.

Upgrade or change plan
Click Upgrade Plan
The Choose Your Plan window lists Essential, Professional (Most popular) and Enterprise.
Pick the billing cycle
Toggle Yearly (Save 17%) or Monthly at the top. Yearly prices show the amount you save.
Select and pay
Click Select Plan on the plan you want — or Pay & Activate if the plan is already assigned but unpaid. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Modules unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Purchase Add-ons lets you buy extras once a Stripe payment method is on file.
Trial and unpaid accounts:
Accounts created through sign-up are placed on a plan immediately so you can explore everything during the trial. Until checkout is completed the dashboard shows Payment: pending and paid modules stay locked. If a subscription expires, is cancelled or suspended, RedERP redirects you to Subscription Management until it is renewed.
Watch your quotas
- The AI tokens meter in the top bar shows used / quota for the whole company; the profile menu also shows AI Tokens and Cloud Storage percentages.
- Every request to Miss Red and the agents consumes tokens (see Agentic ERP by RedERP); uploads count against storage.
- Moving to a higher plan raises both quotas immediately.
