Employees
Learn how to create and manage employee records in RedERP.
Overview
The Employees section allows you to add and manage employee records. Each record includes personal details, employment information, contact info, and additional notes for HR and operational management.
How to Create an Employee

Go to Data Management → Employees

Click Create New Employee

Fill in the employee details:
Personal Information
- First Name (required) — Enter the employee's first name.
- Last Name (required) — Enter the employee's last name.
- Middle Name — Enter the middle name (optional).
- Employee Number — Assign a unique badge or employee number.
Employment Information
- Job Title — Role of the employee (e.g., Software Engineer).
- Employment Type — Select type (e.g., Full Time, Part Time).
- Job Level — Assign job level (e.g., Entry, Manager).
- Hire Date — Date employee was hired.
- Start Date — Date employee started current role.
- Employment Status — Set as Active or inactive.
Contact Information
- Work Email — Official work email address.
- Personal Email — Personal email address (optional).
- Work Phone — Work phone number.
- Personal Phone — Personal phone number (optional).
Additional Information
- Notes — Internal comments or additional details.

Click Create Employee to save, or Close to exit.
Actions
- Edit: Update employee information at any time.
- Delete: Remove inactive or duplicate employee records.
- Assign to Branches/Departments: Link employees to branches or departments for HR, payroll, and operational management.
