Tourism settings

Locales, currencies, promo codes, partners, FAQ, and feedback for the Tourism module.

Overview

Tourism settings control how the catalog is published and how bookings are priced.

Go to Tourism → Settings.

Locales and languages

  • Default catalog language (source text for AI translation).
  • Extra locales shown in tour / city / excursion editors (en, fr, ar, zh, …).
  • Only locales enabled here appear as translation targets.

Currencies and exchange rates

  • Base currency for the agency (for example TND).
  • Extra currencies for the public site.
  • Exchange rates used when a tour has multi-currency prices.

Update rates before sending a foreign-currency quote.

Promo codes

Go to Tourism → Promo codes.

Create a code, discount type (percent or amount), validity dates, and usage limits. Apply the code on a booking; usage increments when the booking is confirmed.

Partners and service providers

  • Partners — Agencies or affiliates who send you files.
  • Service providers — Hotels, guides, drivers, restaurants used in service files.

FAQ and feedback

  • FAQ — Questions published on the public site.
  • Feedback & Rating — Guest reviews imported or entered in RedERP.

Red AI

From Modules → Red AI you can:

  • List tours, excursions, or tourism bookings
  • Start a create-tour or create-booking flow
  • Keep follow-up questions in the same tourism context

Tips

  • Enable a locale in settings before you run a bulk translation.
  • Token quota for AI translation is per account — large Chinese tours consume more than a short French city page.
