Transfers

Set up transfer routes and manage transfer bookings in RedERP Tourism.

Overview

Transfers are point-to-point movements: airport–hotel, hotel–hotel, or inter-city. They have a route catalog and their own bookings.

Go to Tourism → Transfers.

Routes

  1. Open transfer routes.
  2. Create a route: origin, destination, duration, vehicle options, and price.
  3. Publish the route so the website and booking form can use it.

Typical fields:

  • Origin / destination (city or place)
  • Distance / duration
  • Vehicle type and capacity
  • Price and currency
  • Status

Transfer bookings

Transfer bookings appear under Tourism → Bookings (and the dedicated transfer booking screen). Link a guest, date/time, flight number if needed, and the route.

Bus rentals

Tourism → bus rental screens (and bus-rental quotations) are for chartering a vehicle rather than a fixed route. Create a vehicle, options, and a quotation for the client, then convert to a rental booking.

Tips

  • Put the pickup time in local destination time.
  • Attach the transfer to the main tour booking when the same file should carry both.
