Sign In & Sign Up

Create your RedERP account and sign in with an email code, a password, or an SMS code — and recover access if you get locked out.

RedERP signs you in with a one-time code by default — there is no password to remember. You can also use a password or an SMS code sent to your mobile number. This page covers every way to create an account, sign in, and get back in if you are locked out.

Every screen has a language selector in the top-right corner of the card, and the same shortcuts at the bottom: create an account, sign in, request a demo, contact us.

Create an account

Sign-up is a single step: verify your email address or mobile number and RedERP creates your account and your company workspace, then signs you in. There is no long form and no credit card.

With your email address

Create account with an email address

1

Enter your email

Open rederp.ai/signup and type the email address you want to use with RedERP. It becomes your login email.

2

Accept the terms

Tick I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a security check (Cloudflare) appears, complete it.

3

Continue and verify

Click Continue. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it on the Check your email screen and click Verify and create account.

4

You are in

Your workspace is created and you land on the dashboard. A welcome email with a temporary password follows shortly, so you can also sign in with a password later.

Already registered?:

If the email is already in use, the screen tells you to sign in instead. Go to Sign in or use Forgot your password?.

With your mobile number

Create account with a mobile number

1

Switch to mobile

On the sign-up screen, click Use mobile number.

2

Enter your number

Pick your country dial code — it is detected from your location, and you can search by country name or +code — then type your national number without the leading zero.

3

Continue and verify

Accept the terms and click Continue. Enter the 6-digit SMS code on the Check your phone screen and click Verify and create account.

Mobile-only accounts:

An account created with a mobile number has no password. Sign in with Use mobile numberSend SMS code. If SMS sign-up is temporarily unavailable for your number, use email instead.

Invited by your company?

If an administrator created your account for you, you do not sign up. You receive a welcome email with your login email and a temporary password. Sign in with the password method, then change your password.

Go to rederp.ai/signin. The screen opens on the email code method; the two links under the button switch to the other methods.

With an email code (default)

Sign in with an email code

1

Enter your email

Type the email address of your account and click Send sign-in code.

2

Enter the code

Type the 6-digit code from the email and click Verify & sign in.

Enter the 6-digit sign-in code

  • No code? Wait 30 seconds and click Resend code. Check your spam folder.
  • Wrong address? Click Change email.
  • For security the message is always the same — RedERP never confirms whether an address is registered.

With a password

Sign in with a password

Click Sign in with password instead, enter your email and password, then click Sign In.

With an SMS code

Sign in with a mobile number

Click Use mobile number, choose your dial code, type your number and click Send SMS code. Enter the 6-digit code and click Verify & sign in.

This works for any account with a verified mobile number, and it is the only method for mobile-only accounts.

After you sign in

  • You land on your Dashboard. Accountant roles land on their reconciliation workspace instead.
  • If you opened RedERP from a link — for example a partnership invitation — you return to that page automatically.
  • You stay signed in on that browser for up to 7 days. Opening the sign-in page while signed in sends you straight to the dashboard.

Forgot your password?

Forgot password screen

You never need a password to sign in — the email code always works. If you still want one:

1

Request new credentials

Click Forgot your password? on the password screen, or open rederp.ai/forgot-password. Enter your email and click Send Reset Email.

2

Check your inbox

RedERP generates a new password and emails it to you. The previous password stops working immediately.

3

Sign in and change it

Sign in with the new password, then change it to something only you know.

Change your password

Once signed in, open your profile menu (top-right) → Reset Password. Enter your current password and a new one: at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol. The Generate button can create a strong one for you.
