Point of Sale (PoS)

Overview

The Point of Sale (PoS) module lets you manage in-store sales operations, configure terminals, manage employees, handle payments, and track performance. The PoS dashboard provides real-time insights into sales activity and terminal operations.

PoS Dashboard

The PoS dashboard contains:

• Date & Refresh Controls — View metrics for a given date or refresh data.
• Terminal Quick Access — Quick sign-in to active PoS terminals, showing:
  • Terminal Name
  • Location
  • Ledger
  • Current Revenue
  • Active Tickets (on-hold)
• Reports — Schedule daily reports, export daily PDFs.
• Performance Metrics — Track tickets, revenue, cache status, and sync logs.

Terminal Management

Create New Terminal

• Name — Enter terminal name.
• Location — Select assigned location.
• Ledger — Select ledger.
• Status — Active/Inactive.

Actions: Create, Edit, Delete, Assign Employee

Employee Management

Create New Employee

• First Name
• Last Name
• Work Email
• Work Phone

Employees can be linked to terminals for cashier operations.

Client Management

Create New Client

• Name

• Business Type (Company / Individual)
