Sales Dashboard
The landing page of the Sales module — active exercice bar, six KPI cards, the monthly sales-and-collections chart and the recent documents tabs.
Sales Dashboard is the first entry of the Sales sidebar (/modules/sales). It summarises the active financial year: how much you invoiced, what is still to deliver or collect, how quotations convert into orders, and the latest documents of every type.

Screen tour
| Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Header | Sales & Invoicing — Manage your sales process from quotes to payments, with two buttons: Settings (opens Ledger Settings) and Exercice (opens the Exercice drawer) |
| Exercice bar | The active Financial, Fiscal and Accounting years with their date ranges. Every figure on the dashboard is computed for these years |
| KPI cards | Six cards described below |
| Financial year — sales & collections (monthly) | A line chart, one point per month of the active financial year, with three series: Sales invoices, Delivery notes (not invoiced) and Payments received |
| Recent documents | Tabs Overview, Quotes, Orders, Invoices, Deliveries, Credit Notes, Return Notes listing the latest documents with their status and a View button |
KPI cards
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total Invoices Value — Current Period | Sum of the invoices of the active financial year |
| Active Quotations — Pending Review | Quotations that are neither converted, rejected, expired nor cancelled |
| Sales Orders — Total Orders | Number of sales orders in the year |
| Conversion Rate — Quote to Order | Orders divided by quotations, in percent |
| Pending Deliveries — Awaiting delivery | Delivery notes not yet fully delivered |
| Unpaid Invoices — Requires follow-up | Invoices whose payment status is not Paid |
Reading the chart
- Sales invoices is the invoiced value per month — your turnover.
- Delivery notes (not invoiced) shows goods already delivered but not yet invoiced: the higher this line, the more invoicing work is pending. See BL invoicing status for the detail.
- Payments received is the cash actually collected. A gap between the invoices line and this one is your receivable; the Balance Statement shows it per client.
Working from the dashboard
Change the exercice
Click Exercice. The drawer lists the Fiscal Year, Financial Year and Accounting Year; pick the year for each and Save Changes, or Add year to create a new one (name, start and end dates). The dashboard, the lists and new documents follow the years you activate.
Open a recent document
Switch to the tab you need (for example Invoices) and click View on a row to open its side drawer, then Edit to open the full editor.
Jump to a module page
Use the sidebar groups — Setup, Sales Documents, Payments, Reports — or the Settings button for ledger mapping.
Logic and rules
- Figures are restricted to the branches you can see (All branches is shown in the banner when you are not limited to one).
- The dashboard follows the active years. A document created under another exercice is not counted; the create drawers warn you when the active year is not the current one.
- Amounts are shown in the company currency with three decimals when the currency requires it (TND in the examples).
