Hotel contracts
Store hotel seasons and nightly rates, including AI contract scan, for tourism quotations.
Overview
Gestion des contrats stores the supplier deal: hotel, seasons (date ranges), room types, board, and nightly rates. The quotation calculator reads these rates. Without a covering season, a stop prices at 0.
Go to Tourism → Gestion des contrats.
Create a contract
- Click Add contract.
- Select the hotel (from the hotel catalog).
- Set validity / notes if needed.
- Add seasons:

| Room type | Double, Single, Suite, … |
| Board | BB, HB, FB, AI. |
| Rate | Nightly rate in the contract currency. |
- Save.
Scan a contract (OCR)
- Open a contract (or create a draft).
- Upload the PDF / image.
- Run extraction.
- Check season labels, dates, and rates — the model can misread a table.
- Confirm and save.
Correct labels after scan if two seasons were merged or a date landed in the wrong year.
Why the calculator shows 0
- Departure is before the first season (for example trip on 7 Sep, seasons start 1 Nov).
- Hotel on the itinerary is not the hotel on the contract.
- City has no contracted hotel at all.
Tips
- Keep seasons contiguous if you sell year-round.
- Use the same hotel record the tour itinerary will pick.
- After editing rates, recalculate open quotations.
