Price a tour from its itinerary and hotel contracts in RedERP Tourism.

Overview

The quotation calculator builds a stop-by-stop cost plan from a tour itinerary, hotel contracts, and the traveler mix. Use it to quote a group before you confirm a booking.

How pricing works

For each itinerary stop the calculator:

  1. Finds the city on that day.
  2. Matches a hotel (from the tour plan or a hotel you pick).
  3. Looks up a contract season that covers the night.
  4. Applies the room / board rate for that season.
  5. Multiplies by rooms / pax and adds extras (excursions, transfers, margin).

If no season covers the departure night, that stop is 0 and the total can stay 0 TND.

Create a calculation

  1. Select a tour.
  2. Set departure date, adults / children, and rooms.
  3. Review each stop: hotel, nights, rate, and match status.
  4. Adjust margin or replace a hotel if needed.
  5. Recalculate.
  6. Save or push the plan into a booking / quotation.

Zero total — what to check

  • Departure is before the first contract season (common when seasons start in November).
  • The stop city has no hotel contract.
  • The hotel name on the day does not match a contracted hotel.
  • Use Use season start when the banner warns that departure is outside every season.

Tips

  • Load contracts (Tourism → Gestion des contrats) before calculating.
  • Prefer departure dates that already exist on the tour (Departure dates).
  • Unmatched Arabic city names (for example a stop with no seeded hotel) stay at 0 until you add a contract or pick another hotel.
