Manage shopper accounts created through the RedERP ecommerce storefront.
Overview
Ecommerce → Customers lists people who registered or checked out on the storefront. Profiles may include email, name, phone, and saved addresses used at checkout.
Common tasks
- Search customers by email or name.
- Open a profile to view orders and addresses.
- Support password reset emails from the storefront forgot-password flow.
Guest checkouts may still create order records with email even without a full account.
