Cases & Configuration
Track cross-cutting cases and configure the association profile, branches, units, and core operating information.
Overview
Configuration establishes the association's legal and operational identity. Cases provide a flexible follow-up record for issues that span members, donors, beneficiaries, programs, or governance.
Association profile

Open Association → Configuration and complete:
- Legal and short names
- Registration number, legal form, category, and establishment date
- Fiscal-year start and default currency
- Tax registration
- Phone, email, website, address, city, and country
- Logo URL
- Mission and objectives
- Membership and donation rules
Profile data may appear in Association records and printed receipts, so verify it before collecting payments.
Branches and units

Units can be Branch, Chapter, or Section.
- In Configuration, select Add in Branches & Units.
- Enter the name and optional code.
- Choose the unit type.
- Add the manager, phone, email, address, budget, and notes.
- Set the unit to active and save.
Units can be selected on members, applications, volunteers, and other operational records.
Cases

Use Cases for complaints, requests, suggestions, and disputes raised by members, donors, beneficiaries, or other requesters.
- Open Association → Cases and select Add.
- Enter the requester name and type.
- Choose Complaint, Request, Suggestion, or Dispute.
- Set the priority, status, and target date.
- Link a member when applicable.
- Enter the description, resolution, and notes.
- Move the case through Open, In progress, Resolved, and Closed as work progresses.
Priorities are Low, Medium, High, and Urgent.
