Overview
The Job Application Portal is the hiring workflow: publish a job, share a public link, collect applications, sort by AI match score, add people to a pool, invite them to interview, then decide.
Jobs and applications are the same records as Human Resources → Job Openings & Applications. Do not create a second pipeline.
How the workflow connects
| Step | What happens |

| Publish | Job is open and gets a public_token |
| Apply | Candidate submits on /public/jobs/{token} |
| Score | Model compares resume / cover letter to the job |
| Pool | You add selected people or score ≥ threshold |
| Interview | Invite email, then complete / cancel / no-show |
| Decision | Offer, hold, refuse, or hire (hire can create an employee) |
Dashboard
Tiles: open jobs, new applications, unscored, in pool, interviews this week. The careers board link is /public/careers/{accountSlug}.
Open the module
- Open the module launcher.
- Select Job Application Portal.
- Follow Jobs → Applications → Candidate Pool → Interviews.
